Deposits- What kind of deposit do you require?
We require a 50% deposit upon signing of invoice with the balance due upon completion.
Files/ Formats- What kind of Files/ Formats can you accept?
We can accept many file formats on both Macintosh and PC platforms. If you want to provide a disc or email us a pre-designed sign, vector based art created in Adobe Illustrator or Freehand are an ideal starting place for us. Please build and save your art as one of these files:
EPS Encapsulated Postscript: This format should ideally come from either Adobe Illustrator or Freehand. Please convert your text to curves or outlines, this saves you the hassle of having to send a folder of an entire font family.
JPG or JPEG Joint Photographics Experts Group Format: This format is excellent for transferring photographs across the Internet. A JPG file from Adobe Photoshop or Corel PhotoPaint can be sent to us for production. A quality .jpeg for sign production purposes should be created and saved at 200-300 dpi (dots per inch). Leaving the file in RGB mode is preferred.
TIFF Tagged Image File Format: This format is excellent for photographs. A "tiff" file from Adobe Photoshop or Corel Photopaint can be sent to us for production. Leaving the file in RGB or CMYK mode is also preferred.
PS/PRN PostScript/Print file: These formats are acceptable when you do not wish to have any alterations made to your original document. They "seal" the original file so that changes cannot be made.
QUARK/PAGEMAKER Application Files: These files are the original documents saved from the respective applications. When using these types of files, please remember to include all fonts and graphics that you have used in your document and save them to the disc which you are providing.
Color Matching- Can you match my company colors and the colors of my logo?
Yes. We will be more than glad to come by in person and find the perfect color match by using our vinyl swatch books. Our numerous color selections will fit your needs.
Permits- Do I need a permit for my sign?
You may or may not. It all depends on the size and placement of your sign. If in doubt, check your local township and land owner's requirements.
Vehicle Lettering- How long will my vehicle be out of service while you are installing?
Most vehicles can have letters and graphics installed between 1/2 hour to 3 hours. We come to you for all installations and that helps you save time as well.
Delivery- Can my signs be delivered?
Yes! We deliver all signs, a great benefit to you. There's no need to leave your office if you need signs.
Sign Sizes- What is the largest sign you can make?
4ft by 8ft signs are, on the average, our largest signs...but that doesn't mean we won't go bigger. Give us a call and help us beat the record.
